Lead Senior Electrical Engineer

Support Construction & Field Activities

• Conduct site surveys and develop technical reports.
• Guide engineers producing drawings, specs, and BIM packages.
• Support hiring and onboarding for the electrical engineering group.
• Serve as a primary client contact on major projects.
• Review RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and change orders.
• Contribute to proposals, planning, and long-range technical strategy.
• Help evolve internal standards, processes, and training programs.
• Lead project coordination across internal and external teams.
• Support commissioning, punch lists, and closeout.
• Mentor junior/mid-level engineers.
• Work on high-visibility hyperscale data center programs.
• Develop MV/LV distribution systems, equipment layouts, and mission-critical topologies.
• Perform and review calculations, studies, and QA/QC checks.

Requirements

• Skilled in AutoCAD and/or Revit.
• Stable pipeline and long-term program continuity.
• Experience with mission-critical electrical topologies and design principles.
• Strong knowledge of MV/LV systems, grounding, lighting, and life safety.
• Professional Engineer (PE) preffered.
• Dental, vision, FSA/HRA
• 10+ years of electrical engineering experience (mission-critical preferred).
• Leadership-heavy position with room to influence standards and strategy.
• Strong communication and client-facing abilities.
• Own electrical design from concept through construction.
• Proficiency with NEC, electrical codes, and engineering studies (short circuit, coordination, arc flash).
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (ABET preferred).
