- Complete non-routine cleaning according to specified job orders.
- Ensure rooms are maintained and fully equipped.
- Manage routine upkeep of exterior areas, green space, and parking lot.
- Perform general cleanup of all areas of the building, including both the warehouse and the office, as directed.
- Remove garbage and recycling daily and prepare bins for weekly pick-up.
- Handle emergency cleaning and upkeep requests.
- Use carts, dollies, hand trucks and other apparatus to move items around the facility.

- Strong attention to detail.
- Minimum of 2 years of previous janitorial experience.
- Follow written and verbal instructions.
- Lift up to 49 lbs.
- Ability to work well under minimal supervision.
- Previous experience using a walk behind battery operated floor scrubber preferred. Willing to train.
- Punctuality & reliability are a must.
- Stand and walk, as well as push, pull, squat, bend and reach frequently during the shift.
