Ensures Foremen are promptly and accurately completing all necessary reports and documentation for their crews (timesheets, daily reports, safety/quality forms, employee evals etc.)
Leads coordination and Support for all QC processes for their specific scope or assigned project.
Develops rapport with owners, clients, engineers, and trade partners while ensuring contractual compliance with all parties.

Potentially operate a motor vehicle, crane, tractor, etc.
Actively participates in daily and weekly project meetings.
Assists this Field Engineer with the development of lift drawings.
Prepares work plans for critical work and facilitates detailed reviews of such plans with the Field Engineer and Foreman
Assists the Project Superintendent with project schedule development and maintenance, including pull plans, look-ahead schedules, and implementation of the Last Planner System
Responsible for supporting and developing Foremen, including fostering a positive environment for our craft and trade partners to prosper.
Planning and safe execution of Hazardous energy control, T&E, Working at Heights, and confined space.
Promptly reports field issues to the Field Engineer and Project Superintendent
Provides guidance and support to the Field Engineer regarding survey and layout needs, including providing a schedule as to when such work is required.
Responsible for ensuring efficient crew sizing and makeup is always present and adjusting when necessary.

Understands budgeted values for labor, equipment, and consumables; responsible for collaboratively planning work with the Foremen to be commercially successful.
Potentially need to do repeated pushing, pulling, carrying, reaching (or working above shoulder), walking, standing, sitting, stooping, kneeling, bending, and climbing
Demonstrated success supporting a team through complex project execution.
Ability to multi-task, collaborate with others, set priorities, and take initiative.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Working knowledge of all aspects of construction and industry practices, processes, standards, and their impact on project activities
Proficiency with Primavera P6 scheduling software a huge plus.
Possesses excellent organizational, verbal, written and presentation skills.
Experience leading project teams and holding them accountable to project goals.
STSC trained.
