Manage the technical delivery of the department with functional leads: Installation Manager, T&C Manager, Service Manager for projects; define Make/Team/Buy for physical works, statement of works, select subcontractors with Procurement and manage subcontractors during project execution
Interface with Bids: Act as the single point of contact for Capture Managers and Bid Managers, for the Deployment & Service department scope, for the articulation of technical strategy, elaboration of deliverable, estimates and commitment
Shaping solutions out of complexity, deal with uncertainty
Work package management deliverables in relation to Projects & Bids
Interface with Projects: Responsible for Work Package management of the Deployment & Service department scope, within each project, in terms of activity monitoring (SOW, WBS), milestones & critical path analysis (Schedule), resource mobilization and resource conflict resolution (OBS, LFR), cost budget monitoring (ETC & EAC, risks and opportunities)
Ensure effective and efficient people, skill, processes and tools, technical expertise and capability supporting the business goals
Articulate and implement competitiveness improvement plan for Deployment & Service perimeter
Identify, coach and mentor functional leads
Manage the resourcing and performance of the department for the following functional team in the Ground Transportation System domain
