We’re partnering with a specialist environmental consultancy delivering innovative water and renewable energy projects across the UK. They’re seeking an experienced EIA Consultant to join their growing Cardiff team.

- Able to produce clear, concise technical reports and assess environmental risks.
- Comfortable managing your own projects and contributing to multi-disciplinary teams.
- Knowledge of EIA processes and regulatory requirements.
- Mix of public and private sector work (~50/50).
- Experienced in engaging with clients and regulatory authorities.
- Environmental science, ecology, geology, hydrology, or civil engineering.
- Bonus: Experience with renewable energy or infrastructure projects.
- Not suitable: Acoustics or air quality-focused candidates.
- 3–10 years’ experience in EIA consultancy.
- Confident mentoring or delegating to junior colleagues.
- Initial 15-minute chat (role overview).
