Description

• Assist develop the project quality plan
• Manage all design consultants in accordance with the project BIM requirements
• Monitor and manage the design schedule(s)
• Develop a design responsibility matrix to clarify roles and responsibilities of the respective design consultants
• Assist develop scope of services for all required design consultants
• Oversee preparation of all technical documentation required for construction tender packages
• Oversee design consultants activities
• Manage the design process
• Manage the procurement of design consultants
• Develop and implement the design management plan
• Review design consultant deliverables to ensure compliance with the project brief and client requirements
• Assist develop the statutory approval flow chart for all design stages
• Oversee the implementation of the sustainability program / requirements

Requirements

Currie & Brown are looking for a Design Manager with hospitality experience for a remote project in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

• 10+ years’ design management experience on a variety of large scale projects especially in Hospitality projects
• Master's degree in architecture or interior design is highly desirable
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture, Engineering, Interior Design, Urban Planning or related fields
• Previous experience of working on Hospitality, Residential and high-rise projects in the UAE
• Previous experience of working in a similar role in the Middle East
