Développer et maintenir une compréhension des technologies pertinentes, des règlements externes et des meilleures pratiques commerciales par le biais d’une formation continue, de la participation à des conférences et de la lecture de médias spécialisés.
Dans le cadre de cette fonction, vous devrez intervenir avec des clients clés internes et externes dans l’équipe de l’Est du Canada et les équipes canadiennes ou mondiales de façon régulière, autant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.
Conformité opérationnelle: Développer des connaissances et une compréhension des politiques et procédures de l'organisation ainsi que des codes et règlements pertinents pour s'assurer que son propre travail respecte ces normes. Obtenir l’autorisation d’un superviseur pour toute exception à la procédure obligatoire.
Analyse de solutions: Trouver les moyens les plus efficaces de répondre aux demandes fonctionnelles courantes. Respecter les procédures internes.

Excellentes relations interpersonnelles et communication écrite et orale
Expérience en génie conseils ; minimum 2 ans
Bon sens de l’organisation et capacité à mener plusieurs tâches et projets de front
Bilinguisme (Français et anglais*)
Experience pratique sur le site pour prendre des relevées.
Capacité à exercer un jugement éclairé
Bonnes connaissances pratiques des codes et normes applicables aux bâtiments (Code de construction du Québec, normes CSA, normes NFPA, etc.), plus précisément en plomberie, ventilation et protection incendie;
Minimum 8 années d'expérience pertinente en conception et dessin technique;
Maitrise des logiciels Revit (obligatoire) et AutoCAD;
Solide esprit d’analyse; souci manifeste du détail et diligence continue en matière de suivi
