The role requires regular sitting, standing, walking, and extended periods of computer and phone use, with occasional climbing and the ability to respond to alarms. Availability for extended or flexible hours, weekends, nights, and occasional holidays is required, along with active participation in company events.

- Ability to fluently read and write English, accurately perform intermediate mathematical functions, and use all on-site resident management software functions
- Minimum of two years as a leasing consultant in the Multi‑family Industry
- Minimum of one year in a management position related to marketing and/or advertising in the Multi‑family industry or related field
Benefits
Compensation ranges from $25 to $28 hourly, depending on experience, with additional lease commissions and lease renewal bonuses. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
