- Effectively communicate on issues related to file reviews.
- Manage Building Status Report (BSR) and compare it with Rent Roll quarterly.
- Submit monthly vouchers and troubleshoot any issues.
- Review household income certifications within 48 hours.
- Notify team of any eligibility findings during the audit.
- Support hands-on training for associates during lease-ups.
- Respond to requests and provide status updates within 48 hours.
- Support EIV reporting and prepare repayment plans as needed.
- Ensure consistent file review quality and provide feedback.
- Participate in training and ensure annual education is completed.
- Coordinate with teams to meet client goals, providing regular status reports.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local requirements.
- Assist with audit responses, clearance letters, and on-site audits.
- Manage external audit process, ensuring timely delivery and corrections.
- Perform quarterly sample audits of recertifications.
- Record and track review activity daily.
- Train community associates and Auditor I’s on file reviews and CONAM policies.
- Perform quarterly audits of uncaptured recertifications.
- Assist with CONAM Affordable policy improvements.

- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response
- You have a minimum of 2 years of experience on lease-ups, file reviews, audit support, and HUD/RD responsibilities
- Team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently
- You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact with residents, vendors, and team members professionally.
- CONAM will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with the requirement of the law.
- You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the affordable housing industry.
- Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability
- HCCP and COS certifications preferred.
- You have proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook; experience with Yardi, Boston Post, Real Page, or other affordable platform highly desired.
- Organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
- This position is contingent upon passing a background check, employment verification, and drug screening.
