Partner with Legal to ensure USS meets all customer-specific vetting, safety, insurance, and ESG obligations.
Management of central group in-box for Contacts Department, with coordination to Sales on process and procedures to ensure efficiencies KPI’s are reached.
Partner with Sales and Onboarding teams to ensure customers’ compliance requirements are met prior to project start.
Ensure proactive communication with team members regarding customer compliance updates, acknowledgments, and required documentation.
Manage all customer compliance and qualification platforms, including ISNetworld, Avetta, Veriforce, Complyworks, GRMS, Highwire, ITS, and Ecovadis.
Assign required customer trainings in ISNetworld and Avetta for internal employees.
Maintain and update the company’s Safety Manual, ensuring alignment with customer vetting systems, compliance expectations, and internal operational needs.
Use hands and fingers to handle, control or feel objects tools or controls
Maintain and validate customer connections to ensure USS pays only for active, necessary compliance relationships.
Maintain accurate compliance records and documentation for audit readiness.
Repeat the same movements when entering data
Collaborate with Insurance Broker to ensure COIs meet customer specifications and prevent work
Sit while answering phones or reply to emails
Partner with Sales, Onboarding, and Operations to ensure compliance readiness prior to service start.
Lead preparation for customer safety and compliance audits across ISN, Avetta, and similar platforms.
Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual compliance reports for customers and internal leadership.
Ensure all customer-required documentation is uploaded, accurate, and current (COIs, safety programs, ESG data, financial information, transportation data, training records, ISO certifications, licenses, T&C

Direct experience with ISNetworld, Avetta, or similar systems strongly preferred.
Experience supporting Legal, Contract Administration, or Risk Management teams is a plus.
