Provide reception and administrative support, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and performing clerical tasks for JE Dunn's Advanced Facilities Group.
Helps train new or backup receptionists on front-desk best practice standards and processes.
Solicits and applies feedback to improve quality and service.
Provides support for meeting and event planning.
Greets visitors, determines nature and purpose of visit, notifies employees of visitors, and directs or escorts visitors to specific destinations.
Meets client commitments, recognizes and acts upon service opportunities.
Operates telephone switchboard to answer, screen, and forward calls internally as appropriate.
Provides routine information about the company as requested and helps resolve routine questions and complaints from customers and the general public.
Supports new employee equipment setup, dependent upon work program business needs.
Manages difficult or emotional customer situations promptly and efficiently.
Performs routine administrative support tasks for a variety of internal functions dependent upon the work program business needs, such as filing, printing, collating, mailing, distributing mail and documents, supporting and maintaining the office, etc.
Schedules appointments, updates calendars, and serves as primary contact for conference room reservations.
