The role is a key member of a dynamic and growing Services team, responsible for sourcing and procurement of equipment, field services, and rentals for the U.S. Service business. The position operates remotely and reports to the Services procurement function.
Core duties include managing parts RFQs, conducting cost evaluations, negotiating terms, and onboarding new suppliers. The individual will issue purchase orders, gather acknowledgements, process change orders, and lead invoice resolution activities. Weekly monitoring of supplier progress, expediting deliveries, and escalating risks are required to ensure on‑time performance. All procurement documentation must be maintained in SAP and related repositories while accelerating cycles and maintaining compliance.
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in a business or technical discipline and have at least five years of procurement experience, preferably in services buying. Proficiency with SAP purchasing modules and strong Microsoft Office skills are essential. Desired traits include strong organization, proactive problem‑solving, the ability to work under pressure, excellent written and verbal communication, and comfort operating in a cross‑functional matrix environment.
