Confidence using digital devices, ICT software and systems.
Knowledge of TEC alarm systems and Fire Alarm Systems, such as Le Grand and Appello is desirable.
Experience of working in a customer-facing role in a Housing organisation or with older people in a community/retirement housing.
An awareness of working with vulnerable Adults would be desirable.
