

Partner with preconstruction to review budgets, schedules, and risk assessments
Oversee staffing plans, resource allocation, and project startup processes
Support strategic planning, business growth, and client relationship development
Represent the company in client meetings, negotiations, and key project milestones
Provide executive oversight across all active construction projects
Drive project performance, quality, safety, schedule, and financial results
Establish operational standards, processes, and reporting structures
Mentor and develop Project Managers, Superintendents, and field teams
Proven success delivering commercial, institutional, or mixed-use projects
Experience implementing processes, training programs, and performance metrics
Strong operational and financial acumen
Strong pipeline of commercial projects across the region
Excellent communication, client-facing, and decision-making skills
Ability to lead multiple teams and manage complex workloads
12+ years of commercial construction experience with progressive leadership
