

Privately‑held senior housing operator offering independent, assisted, memory care, skilled nursing and respite services.
Shifts are full‑time Monday through Friday with flexible hours from 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., and require work every other weekend and holidays. The server provides dining and table service to residents and guests in the community’s dining rooms and designated areas, following Phoenix Senior Living standards. Duties include proper dining set‑up, delivering meals, cleaning dining rooms, and handling all foods according to sanitary procedures and applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
A high school diploma or GED is required. Previous experience in dining hospitality or full‑service senior living is preferred.
The role requires understanding of infection control procedures, the ability to multitask, manage stress, and strong time‑management and organizational skills. Candidates must embrace the assisted‑living philosophy, be available to work weekends, evenings, and flexible hours during peak service times, and possess effective written and verbal communication skills. Good judgment, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities are also essential.
