Assist with parking payment issues, concerns or technical difficulties when encountered at parking lots
Assist with additional customer service and parking management duties as directed by supervisor
Complete checks of parking lots in allocated time using vehicle cameras and manually report violations of the accessible, bike, or shared space policies etc.
Report any maintenance issues using reporting system for follow up
Keep vehicle fueled and in a presentable condition
Complete allocated vehicle route between parking lots safely within allowed times

Driving record must meet company standards
Ability to create relationships with customers
Must have held a valid Driver’s License for at least 2 years
Previous experience in a customer service role would be desirable
Previous experience of working in a role involving vehicle driving would be helpful
Currently holds a valid Driver’s License in state of residency
Strong sense of customer service
Experience with using standard IT systems (Word, Excel, Teams etc)
Time management & problem-solving skills
Be able to read, write and verbally communicate in English
