Coordinate and plan events both in New York and throughout the United States; including but not limited to lunch/dinner reservations, client networking events, etc.
Manage calendars with the ability to anticipate calendar conflicts, manage last-minute changes, and work across different office locations and time zones
Book extensive domestic and international air and ground travel, and other accommodations.
Act as point person for new hire, technology setup and department supplies.
Manage conference rooms in the office.
Assist with presentations, i.e. slide and report creation, internal and external materials in accordance with company standards, printing and binding books.
Organize the office and order supplies as needed.
Prepare and process expense reports, liaising with Finance teams daily in a timely manner.
