Joining STV means building the in‑house learning brand from the ground up, shaping high‑impact programs that drive measurable business outcomes, and working at the intersection of creativity, compliance, and performance. The competency model outlines expectations across instructional design, content development, multi‑gen creativity, business consulting, stakeholder collaboration, project management, and continuous improvement.
Candidates need a master’s degree in Instructional Design or a related field (or an equivalent portfolio) and at least five years of experience creating professional learning content. Expertise in Articulate Rise 360, LMS platforms, multimedia tools, and adult learning theories (ADDIE, SAM, Bloom’s Taxonomy) is required, along with strong collaboration, performance consulting, and data‑driven evaluation skills.
The hiring process includes a portfolio review and a design challenge to convert a technical SOP into a 15‑minute microlearning module. Success in the first 6–12 months will be measured by metrics such as ≥80% course completion, CSAT/NPS ≥4.5, KPI improvements, zero critical audit findings, reduced design cycle time, and ≥90% stakeholder partnership ratings.
