  • Supervise Compliance Supervisors and provide mentorship, guidance, and performance evaluations.
  • Support strategic compliance initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
  • Track compliance metrics and recommend corrective actions and process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with the Inflation Reduction Act for apprenticeships and prevailing wage.
  • Answer questions and provide guidance to managers regarding compliance expectations, policies, and procedures.
  • Champion new processes, providers, and technologies to improve data tracking and reporting efficacy.
  • Validate certified payroll and compliance documentation in collaboration with Payroll department.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and escalation point for complex compliance issues prior to Compliance Manager involvement.
  • Coordinate workload distribution and ensure adherence to compliance standards and regulations.
  • Consolidate audit findings and present summaries to Compliance Manager and leadership teams.
  • Lead compliance audits across all project sites, ensuring thorough documentation and resolution of non-conformities.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in compliance auditing, program management, or supervisory roles.
  • Strategic, innovative, and forward-thinking with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience managing multiple teams and projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of government regulations, IRA, certified payroll, and apprenticeship programs.
  • High level of initiative, self-motivation, and adaptability.
  • Ability to promote education, skills development, and career advancement opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in compliance tracking tools such as LCP Tracker.
  • Construction industry experience preferred.
