Experience using Kronos would be advantageous, and ideally you have had experience with the complexities of a global payroll including shadow payroll and ex-pat salary packages.
Due to internal secondment, an opportunity is available for an experienced Payroll Manager to join our team on a 6-month Fixed Term contract commencing immediately. This position will provide payroll and benefit related services, systems and processes across our businesses in Australia.
Ideally you are based in either Sydney or Adelaide with consideration also being given to candidates in Brisbane or Melbourne.
You are an experienced payroll professional with at least 10+ years relevant experience gained at a Senior Payroll Specialist or Management level and can demonstrate success working in complex matrix style organisations. As an advanced user of SAP and Success Factors (Employee Central) you have had exposure in using automated time sheet systems. Intermediate Excel skills are essential (V-Look ups, pivot tables, SUMIF’s) and you can interpret Enterprise Agreements for salaried and wage-based workforces.
