The Maintenance Worker installs, maintains, and repairs building structures and systems such as plumbing, electrical wiring, machinery, equipment, electronics, vehicles, and grounds, ensuring safe and secure operations. Responsibilities include inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing machines; installing and repairing electrical apparatus; performing preventative maintenance per plan; and supervising and tracking assigned inmates or residents.
Candidates must hold a high school diploma or GED, have at least two years of general maintenance or construction experience, and possess a valid driver’s license.
