Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and coordinate cross-functional teams in dynamic, high-pressure environments.
Tertiary background or qualification in business, finance, engineering and/ or relevant professional certification, i.e. Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) or similar.
Significant experience in pre-contracts and bid management, ideally within infrastructure or energy sectors.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling you to present ideas with clarity and impact.
A deep understanding of the project lifecycle—from concept through delivery—and the ability to anticipate challenges before they arise.
