Monitor job performance through site visits, reports and client feedback, addressing issues promptly.
Plan, organise and supervise drainage works across multiple sites, ensuring contracts are delivered safely, on time and to specification.
Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety requirements, including risk assessments, method statements and toolbox talks.
Lead, support and communicate with Job Leaders and site teams to maintain productivity and quality standards.
Build and maintain positive working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Ensure accurate completion of paperwork, timesheets and client sign-off documentation.
Oversee employee inductions, training needs and performance during probation periods.
Carry out site surveys and coordinate labour, equipment and materials effectively.

Strong planning, organisational and leadership skills.
Competent with paperwork, reporting and electronic scheduling systems.
Confident communicator with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and teams.
Good working knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and best practice (IOSH level knowledge desirable).
Able to manage multiple sites, priorities and deadlines effectively.
Proven experience in an operational supervisory role within drainage, utilities, civil engineering or a similar field.
