We are seeking a CAD / Survey Manager to lead our drafting and survey operations, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely delivery of projects. This role requires a strong balance of project management and customer-facing skills, with less emphasis on deep technical CAD knowledge and more focus on leading teams, managing workflows, and ensuring client satisfaction.

  • Strong background in project management or logistics with proven ability to coordinate multiple moving parts.
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer-Aided Design, Engineering Technology, Construction Management, Logistics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience in survey data interpretation and floor plan/3D model production a plus.
  • Frequent sitting, standing, and walking; occasional light lifting (up to 20 lbs).
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD, Matterport, FARO, or similar tools preferred but not required.
  • Requires strong visual, hand, and communication coordination to operate office and field equipment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable interfacing with customers.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership, supervisory, or project management role.
