Develop and implement programs, procedures, and practices to reduce safety risks and environmental impact.
Stay current on regulatory changes and ensure ongoing site compliance.
Act as the primary site contact for regulatory agencies, audits, and inspections.

Provide leadership and direction for all site Environmental, Health, and Safety programs.

Bachelor’s degree in EHS, Occupational Health, Engineering, Science, or a related field.
Proven ability to influence and collaborate across all organizational levels.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Exposure to continuous improvement or operational excellence initiatives.
Experience leveraging digital or analytics tools to support EHS programs.
Experience leading or developing high-performing EHS teams.
5+ years of experience supporting environmental compliance and EHS programs in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
Professional EHS certifications (CSP or equivalent).
Demonstrated experience leading safety and environmental management systems.
