Project Controls Coordinator IV

Description

• Ensure WBS development supports cost control and accounting requirements.
• Guide Engineering Cost Associates on invoice coding and review vendor documentation.
• Prepare monthly cost tools, financial reports, and capital cost estimates.
• Document change orders and review weekly project reports for controls insight.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to build monthly spend forecasts.
• Analyze monthly data to provide technical project controls support.
• Produce variance spend analysis for senior management review.
• Coordinate construction cost reporting with field cost analyst as assigned.
• Support PMO during project health checks.
• Assist auditors during project audits.

Lake Superior Consulting offers a competitive compensation package. The actual starting salary will be determined based on a variety of factors, including your skills, experience, and office/market location. The anticipated salary range for this position is $38 – $45 per hour.
