• Maintain detailed documentation of security incidents, responses, and resolutions, ensuring thorough records for future reference.

We are looking for a SOC Manager to lead a 24/7 Security Operations Center focused on protecting critical infrastructure and industrial control systems (ICS) in renewable energy projects (solar, wind, and battery). This role ensures the continuous operation and resilience of Operational Technology (OT) environments by coordinating incident response, monitoring cyber threats, and implementing security strategies tailored to Operational Technology (OT) networks. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of SOC experience, strong knowledge of OT cybersecurity, leadership skills, and familiarity with renewable energy systems.

• This position is based in India and requires working from the office five days a week.
• Strong understanding of industry standards and regulations related to OT cybersecurity.
• In-depth knowledge of security operations, incident response, and threat analysis for industrial control systems and critical infrastructure.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or similar are preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a SOC role, plus at least 1 year of team handling experience.
• Experience with renewable energy projects, particularly solar, wind, and battery storage, is highly desirable.
