Experience in working with procedures meeting quality assurance programs such as ASME NQA-1, or AS9100D.
Possess active security clearance or the ability to obtain a security clearance.
Requires a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related) with a minimum of 8 years of relevant professional work experience.
Experience with International Mechanical Code, ASHRAE, and/or SMACNA codes typically used in HVAC systems.
Experience working on DOD government projects and with the Unified Facilities Criteria (UFCs).
Must be able to complete and pass a pre-employment drug and background check, which includes verification of employment and education.
Must be a US citizen.
U.S. Professional Engineering License in Mechanical Engineering (or ability to obtain within 12 months).
Experience in Piping/Ventilation and Instrument Diagram (P&ID/V&ID) development, HVAC system design, equipment, pipe, and duct sizing calculations, and equipment specification and design development for waste processing, nuclear, refinery, DoD projects, or chemical process facilities.
