As the Talent Acquisition Specialist at CAGE, you will play a critical role in identifying and hiring exceptional talent for our growing organization. Screening & Assessment: Conduct candidate screenings, manage interview processes, and facilitate timely feedback to ensure an exceptional candidate experience.

Employer Branding: Collaborate with HR and marketing to showcase CAGE's culture, values, and career opportunities across all platforms.
Collaborative Hiring: Partner closely with hiring managers to define position requirements, set expectations, and deliver top candidates within agreed timelines.
Successful track record of full-cycle recruitment and building candidate pipelines.
Strong understanding of technical roles and skillsets in Architecture, Engineering, and Construction.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and lead our efforts to attract and secure top-tier talent in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry.
