Company
Overview
Founded 1919
Year Established
The company's roots trace back to 1919, showcasing nearly a century of Midwest tradesmanship.
Unified under the BCTS umbrella, they offer MEP services under one roof—from emergency repairs to master-planning and retro-commissioning.
With regional hubs in Kansas, Missouri, and Iowa, they handle diverse industrial and commercial projects—from hospital chillers to NOAA mission-critical systems.
They train technicians in a purpose-built center, where real chillers, VFDs, and steam systems enhance diagnostic skills in a hands-on lab.
Recognized for safety excellence, they've earned national awards and produced an award-winning safety leader.
Projects typically include HVAC upgrades, plumbing backflow systems, electrical arc-flash testing, ammonia refrigeration, facility operations, and commissioning.
One unusual fact: their ammonia/refrigeration team rescued a mice-chewed chiller starter at a renewable-energy plant.
Their performance arm crafts custom efficiency roadmaps—slashing energy costs, reducing downtime, and extending equipment life.
