Join us in a key operational role managing the Beckton Sludge Stream. As a front-line leader, you'll drive performance, safety, and strategic direction at one of our most critical waste treatment sites.

  • Lead day-to-day operations and long-term planning
  • Manage Beckton STW as a strategic sludge import centre
  • Ensure health & safety, compliance, and risk mitigation
  • Drive continuous improvement and customer service excellence
  • Oversee asset maintenance and budget control
  • Manage team performance, coaching, and development

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • Valid UK driving licence
  • Proven experience in operational or process management

  • Performance Related Pay Plan
  • Salary from £47,000 (DOE)
  • 26 days holiday per year, increasing to 30 with the length of service. (Plus bank holidays).
