Prepares project design using sound engineering principles, engineering software and tools.
Engineering analysis in 2D and 3D.
Performs engineering analysis and design (2D and 3D) for roadways, intersections and related infrastructure, including new construction and rehabilitation.
Follow safety rules, guidelines, and standards for all projects.
Maintains and documents written and verbal communications with clients throughout the development and completion of a project.
Performs analysis and design of stormwater management facilities for roadway drainage.
Prepares construction plans, specifications, and contract documents for contracting and bidding of construction projects.
Prepares engineering studies and reports.

Advanced knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Projects
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is required.
Passing of the Fundamentals test is preferred
