Oversee relationships with third-party contractors; management of procurement processes and negotiating with suppliers.
Understand, communicate, and deliver the ULI brand to the UK market.
Promoting ULI UK events (physical or virtual) within the community and on social networks. Animation of ULI UK social networks, with the help of marcomms colleagues and potential external experts.
Assisting the Executive Director in the budget management and tracking of national council finances; invoicing and liaising with vendors, as required.
Work in partnership with the UK Executive Director and the Europe marketing team to produce high-quality, appealing, creative, and tailored UK marketing materials; and create and implement innovative and effective marketing strategies, including:
Coordinate and execute all logistical aspects of planning and delivering high-quality National Council events (digital and physical):
Work with the ULI UK Executive Director to analyse membership results and finetune the Council’s growth strategy.
Work strategically to streamline the delivery of events.
Monitoring all marketing responses, analysing the effectiveness of marketing outlets, and delivering pre-/post-event marketing analysis including delegate feedback surveys.
Managing social media campaigns and community management.
In partnership with ULI UK colleagues, manage and oversee the delivery of events and programmes for Young Leaders and NEXT groups.
Handle and attend all meetings logistics before, during, and after each event.
Proactively support the Executive Director with the preparation of the Executive Committee and other meetings.
Leverage events to maximise membership growth for ULI UK and proactively follow up with engaged non-members after the events.
Providing support, in coordination with the press agency, on preparing event press kits.
Work closely with ULI colleagues to analyse membership engagement and retention and pro-actively reach out to non-engaged members/members whose membership is expiring

Experience supporting business plans/budgets, and cost tracking.
Occasional travel required (UK and Europe).
Self-directed and resourceful, able to initiate tasks and assume responsibility for them.
Experience in social media and digital marketing would be a plus.
Skilled in social media, such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram.
Experienced events and/or project coordinator including the organisation of content, marketing, coordination and administration related to events
Strong organisational and time management skills to meet deadlines and follow up with final details, as well as a commitment to detail and accuracy.
Ability to successfully handle multiple priorities, as well as adapt quickly to shifting duties and responsibilities.
Knowledge of the real estate industry and key players would be a plus.
Fluent/proficient in using Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
Design skills and website software (WordPress, Canva and basic HTML) are also a bonus.
Outstanding customer/member service orientation.
Independent self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision to produce a high-quality product and a successful outcome.
Excellent writing and communication skills, fluency in written and spoken English.
Experience working with including negotiating with third-party suppliers.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills—an ability to interact with members and ULI staff at all levels.
