Drive adoption of automation testing frameworks and tools to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
Define testing standards, frameworks, and tools to ensure consistency across projects.
Promote continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
Implement and oversee functional testing, integration testing, system testing, regression testing, performance testing, security testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Act as the primary point of contact for testing-related matters across IT programs.
Monitor and report on testing metrics, quality trends, and risk areas.
Establish governance processes for test planning, execution, and reporting.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive testing strategy aligned with Pike IT’s delivery objectives.
Embed testing practices into the SDLC to ensure early defect detection and quality assurance.
Manage relationships with offshore testing partners, ensuring seamless coordination and delivery.
Lead and mentor the testing team, fostering a culture of quality and accountability.
Collaborate with development, architecture, and delivery teams to align testing with design and build phases.

Ability to influence and embed quality practices across diverse teams.
Experience with enterprise-scale applications and integration testing.
Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and automation frameworks (e.g., OATS, Selenium, AccelQ, Tricentis, Leapwork etc ).
7+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Familiarity with project management, DevOps, and CI/CD practices.

Proven experience managing offshore testing teams and vendor relationships.
Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards.
Experience with digital transformation initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
