Tasks
-Develop and maintain standard work documentation for workshop processes -Write clear, safety-compliant build and strip-down instructions -Deliver high-quality procedures within agreed timeframes -Collaborate with process owners to align documentation with operational needs -Ensure all documentation meets style, content, and safety standards -Capture and document workshop data to support efficient component assembly -Support continuous improvement in workshop task execution -Liaise with departments to gather input and ensure procedural accuracy

What You Bring
-Organised and able to manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines -Experience in customer service or admin roles with exposure to technical environments -Familiarity with parts, components, or workshop operations (internal or external) -Ability to document processes and write clear, functional instructions for technical tasks -Mechanical aptitude or trade background, ideally with workshop or machinery experience -Initiative-driven with solid problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset -Knowledge of Caterpillar SIS and machine components is an advantage, not a must -Strong communication skills across all levels—verbal, written, and interpersonal
