Maintain accurate inventory of tools, parts, and supplies across locations
Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs
Diagnose equipment failures and implement immediate solutions to minimize downtime

Monitor and optimize building performance to ensure energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness
Conduct routine inspections of building equipment including boilers, chillers, generators, elevators, and fire safety systems
Maintain emergency contact protocols and after-hours response capabilities
Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems across assigned properties
Maintain current certifications and licenses as required by jurisdiction
Manage environmental compliance including waste management and hazardous materials handling
Respond to urgent maintenance requests and emergency calls across multiple sites
Provide regular status updates to property management teams
Ensure all building systems comply with local codes, regulations, and safety standards
Complete detailed work orders, maintenance logs, and inspection reports
Track equipment performance data and recommend capital improvements
