Seeking a Distribution Supervisor to oversee employees and operations in our Allentown Distribution Center. This role ensures adherence to company standards, regulatory compliance, and performance goals while driving engagement, productivity, and quality. The Supervisor will manage a team of 20–30 employees and work closely with leadership to achieve operational objectives.
Monitor labor and material usage to control costs.
Foster positive employee relations through effective communication, daily interactions, and team meetings.
Enforce company safety, work, and housekeeping standards.
Train employees and uphold corporate quality systems, including ISO registration.
Plan and schedule workloads to optimize resources, safety, and efficiency.
Engage in performance management, accountability discussions, and employee development.
Act as an active member of emergency response teams (hazardous materials, medical, evacuation).
Conduct audits to ensure compliance with internal procedures, regulations, and standards.
Develop and maintain SOPs and training documentation for assigned areas.
Oversee safe handling of hazardous chemicals and ensure compliance with training and safety protocols.
Maintain required operational records including productivity, labor, and activity reports.
Ensure compliance with packaging, storage, and shipping regulations for hazardous materials (DOT, CFR, IATA, IMO).
Participate in the talent selection and hiring process.
Evaluate and improve processes to enhance safety, quality, and productivity.
Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives across safety, quality, productivity, and cost efficiency.
4+ years of supervisory experience, or completion of a Supervisor Trainee Program.
Experience managing a team of 20–30 employees (minimum 5 years preferred).
High School Diploma or GED.

Requirements: HS Diploma or GED & 4+ years of supervisory experience & Warehouse Logistics Experience
Operational experience in a Distribution Center or Chemical Manufacturing environment.
4+ years of warehouse experience.
Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
Ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) including respirators, hard hats, goggles, chemical-resistant suits, gloves, and/or safety shoes.
Ability to lift/push up to 60 pounds.
