Description

• Initiate calls to obtain claim status and follow up on denials or underpayments.
• Contact insurance companies for explanations of claim denials and resolve underpayments.
• Take corrective actions on denials, rejections, and letters of authorization to ensure claim resolution.
• Document all actions in claims billing summary notes and prioritize pending claims from the aging basket.
• Make confidential phone calls adhering to international norms and HIPAA compliance.

Requirements

• Maintain an average typing speed of at least 25 WPM and work night shifts.
• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills; graduate degree required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
