Learning Design Manager

Description

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify learning objectives and design engaging course content
• Manage the learning management system (LMS) and ensure smooth implementation of training programs
• Lead the design and development of multimedia learning materials, including eLearning modules, instructor-led training, and blended learning experiences
• Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make recommendations for improvement based on feedback and assessment data
• Ensure instructional materials are up-to-date, relevant, and engaging for learners
• Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in learning design and apply them to enhance the learning experience
• Develop and implement a comprehensive learning design strategy that supports the organizational goals

Requirements

• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar
• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
• Experince in digital platforms such as Udemy with a strong knwowledge in Gamification
• Strong understanding of learning theories, instructional design models, and eLearning development tools
• Ability to analyze learning needs and create tailored learning solutions
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in project management and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Proven experience in instructional design and learning development, preferably in a managerial role
• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred
