Solve problems on the fly, price changes quickly and fairly, and keep the paperwork tight.
Protect the budget like it’s your own money (because as an employee-owner, it literally is).
Keep everything (and everyone) on schedule: manpower, materials, subs, the works.
Hand the keys over with a smile, a fat stack of O&M manuals, and a very happy client.
Mentor up-and-coming Project Coordinators and back up our Foremen in the field.

We need one more badass Project Manager who lives for that pace.

Mastery (or close to it) of scheduling, budgeting, change management, and dealing with subs.
Solid plumbing & sheet metal / HVAC knowledge (you don’t need to be able to bend pipe yourself, but you need to know what good looks like).
Zero tolerance for safety shortcuts.
Comfort with Procore, FieldWire or similar (big asset – not mandatory Day 1).
Proven project management experience in construction OR strong mechanical trade/field experience and a burning desire to move into PM (we’ll teach you the rest).
The leadership chops to guide Coordinators and earn respect from seasoned Foremen.
