We are seeking an innovative and experienced BIM Automation Lead to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will spearhead the development and implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) automation strategies, enhancing our organization's efficiency and capabilities in the AEC industry.

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
Autodesk BIM certification (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional).
5–7 years of BIM implementation and automation experience.
Advanced knowledge of Autodesk Revit and Navisworks.
Proficiency in Python and C# programming.
Experience with Dynamo and Grasshopper visual programming.
Strong understanding of BIM standards and workflows.
Proven track record developing and implementing BIM automation solutions.
Experience leading and mentoring technical teams.
Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
In‑depth knowledge of the AEC industry and UAE building codes.
Willingness to work in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
