Office Manager & EA to MD

Description

• Management and control of QHSE policies and online portals, ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures
• Manage IT Systems, facilities, and administrative workflows
• Manage suppliers, including office equipment, cleaning and security.
• To create a stable, well organised environment where teams can perform to their best ability.
• Ensure all administration for compliance testing and accreditations – Lead internal & external audits
• Manage fleet, including MOTs, servicing, Insurance and compliance of company vehicles
• Anticipate issues and resolve them before they disrupt work
• Oversee office operations, systems, and policy & processes
• Support payroll process

Requirements

• Experience in a fast-paced growing environment
• Detail orientated approach
• Proven experience in office management and EA support
• 5 years’ experience in an Office Manager/ EA role
• Proficient user of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio)
• High level of discretion and professionalism
• Exposure to Board level and/or confidential matters
• Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities and projects
• Demonstrated business acumen
