Oversee the onboarding process for new AR employees, including submitting IT tickets, ordering equipment, and providing necessary resources for smooth integration into the team.
Provide guidance and troubleshooting assistance on AR systems during special project implementations, ensuring successful integration.
Assist with internal audits, ensuring all AR processes and documentation align with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Provide leadership, training, and ongoing support to AR staff on best practices, department protocols, and process improvements.
Ad-hoc AR reporting for SSC, Corporate, and Field leadership teams
Prepare regular weekly and monthly AR reporting
Collaborate with internal departments, branch, and regional teams to address AR-related issues or concerns.

Elevator industry or service related field experience
5+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable or related finance roles, with experience in collections management.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and AR software.
Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing teams and supporting staff development.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with AR systems, ERP software (Oracle EBS), and collection protocols.
