Lean Manufacturing: Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practice Lean vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve operational performance.
Process Improvements: Identifying and implementing process changes to optimize inventory management, including order quantities, reorder points, and stock rotation.

Accumulate 10 years of experience in progressive operations leadership roles with a specific focus on operational excellence.
Bring experience in working within a complex and matrixed environment, actively fostering an inclusive and engaging culture.
7+ years of experience in continuous improvement and lean methodologies.
7+ years of industry experience in Manufacturing, Distribution, and/or Supply Chain (cross-industry experience a plus).
Exhibit a proven track record as a change agent, driving transformative change within organizations.
Certification in Six Sigma or Lean is a plus.
Showcase strong financial and analytical skills, showcasing the ability to enhance productivity and profitability.
