- Apply thorough technical experience within the railway sector to address and resolve interface challenges.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation related to interface issues, resolutions, and actions.
- Provide expert guidance and support to the Employer in all matters related to interface management and integration.
- Coordinate all interface activities between O&M Contractors, the Employer, and all involved third parties.
- Serve as the main point of contact for matters involving utility companies, governmental authorities, emergency services, and other external agencies relevant to project delivery.
- Identify, monitor, and resolve interface and integration gaps, mitigating risks to project delivery.
- Develop, implement, and oversee interface protocols and procedures, ensuring compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead interface and integration workshops, driving collaborative problem-solving and knowledge sharing.
- Facilitate and maintain effective cooperation between KAPT project stakeholders, ensuring transparent and efficient communication.

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Extensive experience in interface management and integration in large-scale railway or transportation infrastructure projects.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic language required.
- Leverage sound PR skills to maintain positive stakeholder relationships and represent the Employer’s interests in external communications.
- Proven ability to coordinate across multidisciplinary teams and manage complex stakeholder environments.
- Minimum of 15 years’ railway experience including railway consulting experience
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Strong knowledge of public relations principles, with experience in external stakeholder engagement.
