The Service Technician performs technical and mechanical work to ensure that buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance, and overall functionality. This role handles resident service requests, preventative maintenance, and the preparation of vacant apartments for new occupants.
The position requires the ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces for extended periods, as well as to lift up to 25 lb independently or 50 lb with assistance. Technicians must work in all weather conditions and be available for flexible scheduling, including on‑call duties during evenings, weekends, and holidays, with occasional travel to other properties or training events.
Compensation ranges from $18.00 to $19.00 per hour, with eligibility for quarterly or annual bonuses depending on corporate or onsite status.
