Global leader in electrification, automation and digitization for industries, infrastructure and buildings.
As an ETO Planning Transformation Expert you will enable tool adoption, process execution, and performance improvement across manufacturing plants. The role is designed for a dynamic leader who thrives on collaboration, innovation, and delivering measurable results, ensuring the right team, tools, and competencies are in place for best‑in‑class planning and supply chain performance.
You will work closely with plants to support execution, validate targets, and help create actionable plans and pipelines for upstream and downstream improvement. Acting as Level 1 support, you will help maximize the benefits of digital planning tools, prioritize the right processes, and lead transformation initiatives while tracking adoption and providing hands‑on assistance.
Success in this role requires a bachelor’s degree—preferably in engineering, supply chain, economics, operations or business—and at least five years of experience in supply chain management, supply or demand planning, or vendor forecasting. You must have advanced knowledge of SIOP, Lean methodologies, long‑term supply chain strategy, and hands‑on experience with planning software such as Kinaxis, SAP or Oracle, as well as analytics tools like Tableau and the Microsoft Office suite.
Leadership and collaboration are essential; you must simplify processes, enable decision‑making in complex environments, and foster cross‑functional teamwork. Strong analytical, problem‑solving and automation‑identification skills, paired with excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication, are needed for effective stakeholder management at all levels.
