In this position you will install home remodeling products according to Mad City standards, apply finish work as needed, communicate with management after each installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments, and complete the carpentry job checklist with the homeowner at project completion.
Applicants should have at least six months of remodeling, carpentry, or construction experience, preferably with kitchen cabinet installation or refacing. A valid driver’s license with a good driving record and strong communication and customer‑service skills are required.
The Kitchen Installer role offers a base hourly pay of $20, a Monday‑Friday schedule, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits, and opportunities for team collaboration and role advancement. Earnings can reach up to $80,000 per year, with a sign‑on bonus of up to $500.
