  • Champion a safety-first culture within the factory in pursuit of a zero-harm environment ensuring to Never Walk Past
  • Process manipulation as required to achieve product specifications eg formulation adjustment, dressing of scoring wheels.
  • Production and quality data to be recorded and entered directly into CSR's online systems.
  • Ensure adequate raw material levels to run the schedule including the preparation of PBL reels
