The Assistant Maintenance Manager is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the value of the assigned community. When the Maintenance Manager is unavailable, the Assistant assumes all managerial responsibilities to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, with one year of multifamily maintenance experience or equivalent training. Required EPA certification and a valid driver’s license are mandatory, while a CPO certification and Microsoft Office skills are preferred.
The role requires physical abilities such as walking, climbing ladders, lifting up to 50 lb, and using power tools, as well as the capacity to read blueprints and operate computer systems. Work is performed on-site, often outdoors and in confined or elevated spaces, with exposure to the elements and occasional hazardous conditions.

The anticipated hourly pay range for this position is $24–$27, supplemented by monthly bonuses and a competitive benefits package. Employment is contingent upon a background check, a valid driver’s license, and participation in E-Verify.
